Lombard Odier Investment Managers (‘LOIM’) announces the appointment of Stéphane Vonthron as Head of LOIM France, also in charge of developing commercial activities in Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, effective 16 June 2025. This appointment is part of LOIM’s growth strategy aimed at strengthening its commercial presence and increasing its market share.
Stéphane Vonthron has over twenty years’ experience in the commercial development and distribution of investment solutions on the French market, as well as in-depth knowledge of the needs of institutional clients and distribution networks.
He joins LOIM from Natixis Investment Managers, where he has been Head of Distribution for the French market since 2023. Prior to this, he held a similar position at JP Morgan Asset Management from 2014 to 2023, and previously contributed to the development of Financière de l'Échiquier for almost ten years, where he held responsibilities in institutional sales and third-party distribution.

France is a priority market for Lombard Odier Investment Managers, which has been supporting its leading institutional clients there for almost 25 years. Through this strategic recruitment, LOIM aims to develop its distribution activities with a broader client base, in line with its growth ambitions for the coming years.
Based in Paris, Stéphane Vonthron will report directly to Bettina Ducat, Co-Head of Lombard Odier IM.
